This Mother’s Day celebration is a sanctuary of gentle movement, deep rest, and soul nourishment. Soothing Restorative Yoga will be complemented by breathwork, inspirational readings, a soul-stirring sound bath, and nurturing hands-on support from certified massage therapists.

Led by Tam Terry, a gifted teacher known for her warm, heart-centered presence, this retreat blends vinyasa, restorative yoga, and customized therapeutics to create an experience of profound relaxation and renewal.

Meet Tam Terry

Tam Terry, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, is a graduate, mentor, and faculty member of the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy. She is also a Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Instructor through Brown University Center for Mindfulness. Tam has been teaching alignment-based vinyasa, restorative yoga, and therapeutic disciplines of mindful movement since 2003. She helps students access increased flexibility, strength, and joint health through healthy body dynamics. As a former CMO and business leader, Tam is uniquely attuned to the demands and stresses of the workplace. She focuses on helping people to live full, authentic, and balanced lives by integrating traditional practices with evidence-based research and embodied knowledge.

Tam has taught in a variety of settings ranging from Fortune 500 Companies to universities and hospitals.  She was an international presenter of Yoga Therapy programs at the Geneva Yoga Festival in 2019, a 2017 NAACP award recipient, and received Mayoral Recognition for her community work with Yoga for Good.

She is known for her warm, nurturing presence and skillful guidance of an inspiring heart-centered experience.
