Meet Jennifer ReisJennifer Reis is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT), E-RYT 500 teacher, and creator of Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra and Five Element Yoga®. With over 25 years of experience, Jennifer blends yoga, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine to guide individuals toward deep relaxation and holistic healing. Her heartfelt teachings empower students to reconnect with their inner wisdom and cultivate balance. A celebrated presenter, Jennifer’s accessible approach ensures that all levels feel welcome. |
