Meet Susan Vose
Susan has been a fully certified Level 2 Stott Pilates Instructor since 2001, with additional certifications in Athletic Conditioning and Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning. She has taught Pilates in Boston for 24 years at numerous studios, including Healthworks, Down Under Yoga, and the Boston Ballet, and since 2009 in her own studio SVPilates. Susan has also developed a workshop “Exploring Your Core” to introduce students to the foundations of functional stability that can be integrated into Yoga, Pilates, Athletic training or simply everyday life. Susan believes strongly that Pilates can benefit everyone and can give students the tools needed for optimal fitness and strong, healthy, active aging. |

Meet Susannah van de WendeSusannah has been teaching yoga and Pilates on Cape Cod since 2011. Susannah’s teaching style mirrors the inner work she continues to explore by slowing down, strengthening, and creating space. Her classes are thought provoking, serious yet playful, challenging but approachable. She leads a slow movement focused class, with an emphasis on understanding one’s own body through alignment and examination of how to create mobility through stability. Susannah’s teaching encourages students to tap into the depths of their being by aligning the physical with a pragmatic approach that leaves her students with tools to use on their own. |
