Join us at the historic Mansion at Ocean Edge for Festive Forest, a one-of-a-kind celebration on the front lawn, where the magic of Christmas comes alive under the stars!

Stroll through a winter wonderland filled with beautifully decorated Christmas trees, each one showcasing the creativity and spirit of our local businesses. Marvel at the dazzling lights, whimsical ornaments, and unique designs that make this holiday tradition truly special.

Enjoy tasty holiday menus from our two gingerbread houses on the lawn, festive games, and more.

Our Gingerbread Houses will be open Thursday - Saturday from 4-9PM through Dec. 31. For igloo information, see the igloo section further down the page.

Igloo Dining

Have you ever look at a snow globe and wondered what it would be like to be inside one? If so, you are going to love our holiday snowglobe dining as part of our Festive Forest on the Mansion Front Lawn. Dine with friends and family in these cozy, luxury igloo-like snow globes.

Each Igloo Experience is $200 for a 90-minute duration. Please select one item from each column for your party to enjoy. Warm Mulled Apple Cider or Hot Chocolate is included to assist in keeping you warm. Alcoholic Beverages are additional.

Igloos seat 4 to 6 guests with seatings at 5:00pm and 7:00pm.

Open Thursday through Saturday. The Festive Forest and Gingerbread Houses will be open from 4-9PM Thursday through Saturday as well.
