Experience a culinary journey through Ocean Edge Resort’s acclaimed dining venues as we unveil our new summer menus. Guests will receive a tasting pass to visit each restaurant’s table, sampling featured dishes and handcrafted beverages, including selections from our updated cocktail, wine, and draft beer menus. Participating venues include Ocean Terrace, The Roscommon Room, Linx Tavern, Bayzo’s Pub, The Shark Bah, The Beach Bar, The Front Lawn, and our new Ice Cream and Coffee Shops. An acoustical entertainer will provide live music, and cooking demonstrations may be available. A cash bar will also be offered.

Celebrate the most exciting two minutes in sports with an exclusive Kentucky Derby watch party at Bayzo’s Pub. Enjoy complimentary signature Derby cocktails, including Woodford Reserve Mint Juleps, Tito’s Oak Lily, and Jose Cuervo Horseshoe Margaritas, as well as Devil’s Purse Kolsch and rosé wine. A variety of Southern-inspired hors d’oeuvres will be served, including a cheese and crudité station, fried chicken wings, bourbon-glazed ham and cheese sandwiches, and banana pudding. A best hat contest will be held with prizes for standout Derby style.

Enjoy a springtime brunch with breathtaking ocean views on the Ocean Terrace. This à la carte brunch menu will highlight seasonal favorites with special enhancements for the occasion. A selection of craft beverage stations will be available, including a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar, a mimosa station, Cape Cod Coffee espresso martinis, and Ketel One Botanical cocktails. Reservations are encouraged, with walk-ins accommodated as space allows.
