Frog's Leap Wine Dinner

Wednesday, March 5th starting at 6PM in The Mansion

Join us at The Mansion for an unforgettable evening with John Williams, founder of Frog’s Leap Winery. A pioneer of organic winemaking in Napa Valley, John has spent over four decades crafting wines of balance and restraint, guided by a deep respect for the land.

This exclusive wine dinner, set for Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 6 PM, pairs an exquisite multi-course menu with a curated selection of Frog’s Leap wines, including their Shale and Stone Chardonnay, Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, and Le Grenouille Rougante. Indulge in dishes like seared scallops with honey truffle butter, charred rosemary-rubbed prime sirloin, and a decadent cheese and chocolate finale

Shake up your weekend - or perhaps stir it? Whichever your preference, all are welcome to experience this posh evening amidst this historic and cozy ambiance of our Mansion halls. Enjoy made-to-order martinis in the La Salette lounge. A full bar will be available in The Roscommon Room. Speaking or martinis, enjoy our crafted menu of shareable apps served in martini glasses. Feel free to walk throughout the Mansion. Meet new people, reconnect with old friends, and bask in the history of these halls with odes to our three periods of ownership.

Classy attire is encouraged.

Taste of Ireland

March 13th Through The 17th

For five days only, Ocean Edge is turning up the charm with an Irish celebration that goes beyond the ordinary. The Roscommon Room and Bayzo’s Pub are taking center stage with exclusive menus that bring a taste of the Emerald Isle straight to Cape Cod. Think perfectly braised lamb shank, rich and hearty corned beef boiled dinner, golden-crisp Harp Lager battered fish and chips, and a traditional Irish breakfast that sets the tone for a day of indulgence.

But it’s not just about the food. Whiskey tastings, live music, and high-energy Irish step performances create an atmosphere that’s equal parts electric and elegant. Add in mixology classes and a lineup of classic Irish cocktails, and you’ve got an experience that feels like a night out in Dublin, without the jet lag.

And just when you think it couldn’t get better, The Mansion steps in with a martini menu that’s about to change everything. Details coming soon.
