Private Oyster Experience

This quintessential Cape Cod experience comes along with some pearls of wisdom. Our culinary team will demonstrate how to shuck an oyster, explain the four types of oysters we serve, what makes each unique, and why we chose the accompaniments to complement these flavors. Each guest will receive two of each oyster.

Program starts with a glass of Blanc de Blanc Champagne and Non-Alcoholic Cocktail created by our in-house Mixology Team.

Local Oysters: Brewster, Wellfleet, Barnstable, Duxbury (Oysters subject to change)

Accompaniments: Lemon Habanero, Cilantro Lime Mignonette, Bloody Mary Granita, Sweet Thai Chile and Ginger

Beverages: Blanc de Blanc Champagne, Elk Cove, Pinot Gris, Willamette Valley, Oregon, Aperol Spritz. NA - Blue Eyed Honey Spritzer, NA - Pear Pressure Spritzer

Four guest minimum. Based on availability. Must reserve at least four days in advance.
